Monmouth Therapy and Wellness is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance at this time. I encourage you to check with your insurance company to see if your plan covers out-of-network mental health services. If it does, I’m happy to provide a monthly super bill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Monmouth Therapy and Wellness accepts all major credit & debit cards. This also includes FSA and HSA cards. We also accept checks. -
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
