During the first session, we will discuss your concerns, personal and emotional history and goals for treatment. By the end, you’ll leave with a clear plan to guide your next steps. Initial sessions are typically 75 minutes.


Individual Therapy or Family Therapy- $155

Individual sessions are 45 minutes and can be held either in person or virtually.

Family sessions are 45 minutes and can be held either in person or virtually.


Walk & Talk Sessions- $155

Walk & Talk sessions are 45 minutes and combine therapy with the benefits of movement and nature. We will meet outdoors, typically at one of our local boardwalks, and walk side by side to process thoughts and reduce stress while enjoying the calming presence of the ocean.


Monmouth Therapy and Wellness operates on a private-pay, out of network model to support personalized, high quality care tailored to each client’s needs.

In accordance with the Good Faith Estimate requirements under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive an estimate of the expected cost of services before beginning care. Monmouth Therapy and Wellness is an independently owned and operated practice. While services may be provided within a shared professional office space, each clinician operates their own independent practice and is solely responsible for the services they provide.
